Health treatments include various forms of medicines, equipment, surgeries, movements, and many other types of therapies too numerous to list here.  Each tends to fall into one or two categories.  Either it attempts to rid the underlying cause, or it seeks to manage or eliminate symptoms directly.  Obviously seeking to discover and be rid of underlying causes is the ideal approach.  When you gave not yet discovered the underlying cause or causes, treat a symptom so you can get back to work and reduce pain so you can function.  I have found asking, “what causes that?” to be the most useful approach in my search for solving health issues.  Most solutions offered these days are treating symptoms.  If you just treat symptoms the problem can return, get worse and you may add in problems.  As most of us have experienced commercials about drugs which detail all the side effects.

It is paramount to find what is causing the problem.  Whether talking to a health practitioner or doing your own research, always ask, “What causes that?”  If the source of information doesn’t know, keep looking.

The science law of casualty means that there is a cause and effect in all nature.  Our health or lack of health is also the effect of certain causes.  Finding the cause and you will be better able to choose your health.  There is always a cause, whether we know it or not.

It is also important to know that the laws of nature do not change or work with political popularity of an idea, or if funded or not.  Government regulations don’t determine it.  In the world we will encounter many loud voices which are not always correct.  We need to be stewards (principle #1) over our own health and learn to be discerning.  Good health comes from good causes.
