Healthy Mindset #3 - Believe a Solution Exists

I don’t know whether you are like me or not, but I came into this health journey because I had health problems. I did not know how to solve the problems. My doctors did not know how to solve them. But I wanted them solved.  I could not afford to go from doctor to doctor.  I was too young to give in to my own decay while only in my 30s.  

I had a decision to make.  I would believe it was possible to fix all my health problems!  I didn’t know how, and I didn’t know who knew how.  And I knew I could learn about how my body works and seek for voices with a hopeful message about my issues.

As I began my research I came across stories of individuals who overcame many things: reversing heart disease, eliminating cancer, reducing or eliminating insulin dependency, losing weight, reducing or eliminating chronic pain and many other issues resolved over and over and over.  I saw my beliefs were well founded.

As I share the most universal solutions to unhealthiness on this website, I invite you to believe also.  Your health matters.  Your life matters.  You matter.

You and I have a God who cares for our well being.  He said to us, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

On this journey I ask you to remember one thing.  It is easy to find health practitioners who do not know the answer you seek.  The good news is that there are many who have correct knowledge and confidence and they are seeking after you as we speak.  They want to help.  In many cases they have written books which places the information you might need within reach for a paltry $10-20.  In other cases they offer free content online in the form of articles or videos.  So keep looking for the answers you need.

Now is the time to take control of your own health journey and add to your stewardship this line,  A SOLUTION EXISTS!  In my part I will strive to lay out as many good ideas as I can find to help you.
